Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging; for hygiene reasons, products should be at least 75% full and handled with care.

• 3.
  Ship to HQ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location to be sent back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 5-7 business days.
